Coach John

Hello, my names is John Williams, founder and trainer with Next Level Training Institute. Ever since I was a kid, I always loved sports, and then at the age of 13 I fell in love with fitness. I have combined these two passions to develop speed and sports performance in my program. Over the years I noticed a lot of coaches and programs doing fitness or speed programs that I didn’t think were the most effective. I have to admit, when I started hosting speed camps, I did some of the same mistakes. Running endlessly and giving little breaks were a norm at the beginning. But I quickly realized I was being just like the coaches I said were being ineffective. With constant effort and research, I discovered a method that delivers the best results that I have seen or heard out there, and I have studied some great trainers. But with an average improvement of 3 tenths faster on a 40yard, and some results of 6 tenths, 8 tenths, and even 1.5 seconds in a few short weeks, I find it hard pressed to find better results anywhere else.
